Returns
Include a note inside the return package stating the exact item you wish to receive in exchange, or if you want a refund/exchange Formatting should be as follows:
- First & Last Name
- Order Number
- Item(s) enclosed
- Item(s) wishing to receive in exchange OR specify you're returning for refund/exchange.
- Returns accepted for 14 days

Exchanges and returns may be processed within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, free of any pet hair and odors (smoke, cologne/perfume, sweat). The customer is responsible for sending the item(s) back to Rogue American Apparel; packaging must be equal to the packaging in which you received the original order to ensure maximum protection during transit. Keep your packing slip for order verification.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you are an existing customer and need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Contact our customer service team if you have any additional questions or concerns.
